Starglow Studios was born out of requests. After making invitations for a friend’s baby shower a co-worker asked if I would make invitations for her son’s wedding. His wedding was taking place at a lighthouse on Cana Island. The bride and groom had spent hours searching for wedding invitations with a lighthouse image and could not find them. She had me create the invitations and it was then that I began to see the need for custom invitations.
With experience as a Wedding & Event Consultant, I had started Starglow Events but decided to change the name to Starglow Studios and focus on invitations. Through Starglow I utilize my Art degree, my consulting knowledge and now my MBA. I have worked with great clients over the years and have had the opportunity to be part of the most important events in their lives.
I began with my belief that the weddings and invitations should have a personal touch. I encourage my clients to put their own stamp on their events. That is how is unforgettable events are created. In time, my clients began to ask for more than just invitations and Starglow’s product line increased. Now the entire invitation suite can be designed from Save the Date Cards all the way through to the final Thank You Card. I also added services for my client’s convenience such as addressing the envelopes and designing matching postage stamps.
